Nedbank Complaints - refund of double payment

I am so pissed off now about the service I am receiving from nedbank, they debited my bank account on the 26th April with an amount of R1200 and my debt review paid them an amount of R1300 on the 04th May, when I call for my refund I am told that the allocation will take 24, 48 hours, today when I call they tell me that it will take 7 days, what kind of service is this that you are giving to our customers, it sucks I don't think I can recommend this bank to any of my family members even my friends I wont, you don't value clients, payment cannot take more than 24 hours to be allocated.
