Randridge Pipe Supplies Complaints - Refund required

On 1 August 2017 I made a incorrect payment to Vodacom. I first phone the bank the request them to assist to reverse the payment but this couldn't be done. I then phoned 082111 to request them to assist to refund me the extra money that I paid over to Vodacom. They revered me to 0821946. They could see the payment that was made and told me that I must send the proof of payment to [email protected] I was also informed that there policy is that refund take between 7 to 14 days. On my mail I requested then if they can assist us urgently because this is money form our company. That was done on the 1 st August 2017. On the 2 nd August 2017 I phoned 0821946 again then they said that I must resend the proof of payment and add on the mail our banking detail. On 7 th August 2017 I resend the mail again requesting them to acknowledge receipt of my mails and still I haven't received any feedback. Today 10 August 2017 we went to there Headoffice to find out what they can do to assist us. The lady that assist us was Molema Makola. She phone and spoke to Zolile Ndunge and I had to resend the mail to them. Mr Zolile informed me that the refund will again take between 7 and 14 days. When I spoke to the people at 0821946 I requested them if they can give me a direct email address so that I know that they received the mail. But they didn't want to give me there detail. Now they didn't but I still haven't received any feedback regarding the mail that was send. I can't wait another 14 day's.
