SANLAM Complaints - REFUSAL TO PAY CLAIM

Complaint for SANLAM

Took out a policy with Sanlam life. Email received dated 28/08/2017 stating policy issued. first debit went off on 28/09/2017. 6 premiums have been paid. on 04/03/2018 one of the dependents passed away and I claimed.

Iam now advised the policy is within 6 months

Iam disgusted by the service I'm receiving here and advice given by the adviser. If Sanlam is not willing to pay my claim. They should cancel and refund all my premiums.
