FNB Complaints - Refusing service for refugee status documents

I am totaly desapointed with FNB's service. IVe used the bank for 6 years and i was using a refuge status document without any issues. They even sold me their Check account but still refuse the overdraft because im a foreigner they said. Now the worste has hit me, They refusing to assist me within the branch to replace a stolen card. They reqeust to verify my status document which i have no issue with besides the fact that they started the process 6 months ago and still its not done.

The branch manager actually said ti my earlier today that this is the last time anyone will ever help me and i should take a temp card and with draw all my money as noone will be able to help me again. So in other words when this temp card expires within a month i will have no way of taking my money. Clearly i am being told to go away and bank somewhere else.

The FNB branch manager At century City Cape town was very rude, and thanks to him 6 years of service ends today . Never ever will i recomend working with FNB
