I have had the worst service from a company called PANASERVICE,which is contracted by SAMSUNG, to repair or service electronics. I bought a Samsung stove and have an extended warranty with the shop where I bought the appliance. The oven developed a problem last year 2017 Dec, I reported to Panaservice early 2018, I tell you up to today it has not been fixed, I am even scared now, me and my family are at a safety risk, more than a dozen technicians have been to my house open up the stove, touch wires and leave without fixing. They always telling me its a wrong part they will order a new one, up to date the Oven is still not fixed. May someone help me so I can report them to the Customer Ombudsman, please help me, the service I'm getting from PANASERVICE is disgusting. Pease help me, I scared our house might catch a fire because of different hands touching the Stove, not sure if they know what they are doing, its a year now. I told them I will report them to the authorities.
