Clicks Direct Medicines Complaints - Repeated failure to deliver Chronic Medication

Herewith a few of the complaints laid on Hello Peter (mine is the last one):

I equally have had appalling bad service from Clicks Direct Medicines this last month August 2017.
Failed to deliver on a chronic order after 13 days of receivening an SMS to say the medicine had been despatched.
4 emails, 3 telephone calls to them has had no response or reply. The phone just rings no answer, emails just get the automated mail back.
They should be taken to the medical council... I think I will

It is absolutely disgusting the way Clicks is doing business now ,chronic meds has to be delivered on time,I have Glaucoma and I must use eyedrops everyday,I emailed my script thru 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my eye drops ,Shitty service Clicks

Disgusted with Clicks Direct Medicine Services sent my script on the 04.08.2017 still waiting on my medication have not received any feedback from them and cant get through to there call centre andd have sent numerous emails

working for a medical practice. out diabetic/hypertensive patients x 2 have not recieved their med. way overdue. health suffering due to no medication. cannot reach them on the phone. eventually lady on switchbord answered. said they had system promlems and somebody will phone back. that did not happen. this is totally unacceptable!

i got my chronic medication from click direct for some years now but from may 2017 their service is terrible , no delivery no SMS,s taking no notice of emails , horrible service . im a 70 year old pensioner. One expects better from Clicks !?

WOW, I thought I was the only person having these problems with CDM! Same thing, chronic medication not being delivered. Numerous e-mails with registered postal tracking numbers, endless phone calls and countless promises of delivery within a few days and I STILL do not have my medication.

I honestly think it is time they do get reported to the Medical Council / Ombudsman. Perhaps it will be taken more seriously if more than one person lays a complaint? I definitely am going to lay a complaint. This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened to me, thus my medication is being interrupted on a regular basis ... which is extremely damaging to my health and well-being! I have threatened to take this further via e-mail to CDM, but they do not seem to care either which way.
