Homechoice Complaints - Reported fraud

I have a problem with Homechoice I reported fraud on the 30th of May 2019 Saturday, emailed affidavit,ID copy. Then on Monday I called to make sure that they received the documents. They confirmed that they received and told me to wait for 90 working days for them to investigate. Fortunately 90 days was over on the 3rd of October 2019. I called them wanting to know what is happening but they said let me be a bit patient they are still on the last stages of their investigation they will come back too me as soon they were done. But until today no response but they are sending me messages saying that I'm owing R4276.92 which is outstanding to my account. That is amazing because I told them everything about what happened to my account. Really Homechoice is working with fraudsters or they are fraudsters who do not care for their good customers
