Ackermans Complaints - Require statements

Phone Ackermans customer service to assist obtaining statements for a famalie member that is a pensioner and disabled to understand why the familie member is still in arrears if there was not any purchasing for the passed 8 months or more. The familie member gave permission by a telephonic call that was made by Ackermans on the 07/05/2018 to send the statements to the daughter. The Supervisor by the name of Bonita confirm that I will have the statements by the end of the day 07/05/2018. Still no details has been send.
