Wonga Loans Complaints - Reversal

on Monday the 26th I made a final payment to Wonga loans since I was using online banking I then duplicated the payment, I then call Wonga to advise and I was required to send to my statement as well as well as both proof of payment which I did, ever since I send the documents through I never had any feedback or updated from them, I called their customer services today and my call was placed on hold for 10 minutes without anyone coming back to me or advising why I am holding. Candy all you need to do is call me and let me know when can I expect my money to be reveserd.
