Wonga Loans Complaints - Reversal

on monday the 26th I made an online banking to Wonga which was my last payment, by mistake I duplicated the payment and call wonga customer services and they requested that I send them my statement nd both proof of payments which was done, ever since I send through the documents I never heard from them I mean I need to know the outcome on my query, I called them twice today every time I call they put my call on hold for atleast 10 min without anyone letting me know what I am holding for til I decide to call the calls. Candy since she is the last person I spoke to I need an update with regards to my query and can someone have the decency to acknowledge my email.
