FINRITE Complaints - RIP OFF

This company knows how to rip their customers off. I have been a customer with Vodacom with more than 20 years and the first time to claim for a damaged phone. The claim was declined due to the fact that I did not claim within the month that the phone was damaged. I never received a policy schedule thus was not aware of this clause. I have been paying the insurance after the phone was damaged. Why would anyone do this knowing of the claim would be declined? The very reason why you insure items is that yo would deal with an ethical company and do what they say they would do!!!
