FINRITE Complaints - RIP OFF

I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for more than 20 years. Decided to take out insurance and have been paying for the insurance since 2018. I submitted a claim for the phone which was damaged and the claim was cancelled as I did not claim within a month of the phone being damaged. I never received a policy schedule thus was not aware of this clause. I was paying for the insurance to date and would not have done so had I known about the clause. Who would do this? This is completely unfair and unethical!!!
