UBER Complaints - ROBBED BY THE DRIVER

On the 23/04/2018 I REQUESTED UBER AROUND 7:40 MY TRIP WAS FROM COSMO CITY TO RANDPARK RIDGE. MY TRIP WAS R115 THAT WAS DEBITED IMMEDIATELY FROM MY ACCOUNT,AGAIN ON THE 24/04/2018 IN THE MORNING I REQUESTED UBER WHILE I WAS BUSY I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT I'VE GOT OUTSTANDING AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT, WHILE I WAS STILL PUZZLED ABOUT THAT R188 WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT STILL WITH NO ACCESS TO UBER. SO ON THE 24TH EVENING I CHECKED MY TRIPS ONLY TO FIND OUT MY TRIP WAS NEVER ENDED AT RANDPARK RIDGE THE DRIVER ENDED THE TRIP AT GERMISTON. I CALLED UBER TODAY AND I WAS ASSISTANT BY UNATHI WHO WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL HE DIDNT EVEN WANT TO LISTEN TO MY STORY....HE TOLD ME TO GO TO UBER HELP WEBSITE. I GOOGLED THE WEBSITE OF WHICH IT'S NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL...THIS DRIVER BY THE NAME OF ROBSON WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, HE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT HIS PHONE NOT CHARGING AND HIS OUTWARD APPEARANCE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL AS A RESULT WHILE I WAS ON THE CAR I UPDATED MY STATUS ON FACEBOOK * AKASOYIKEKI NANKU UMNTU* NOW IM IN A MISERY I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO UBER ANYMORE BECAUSE I STILL OWE THEM BECAUSE OF THE STUPID DRIVER..ITS ALWAYS TAXIFY DRIVERS THAT ARE BEING LABELED NOT KNOWING UBER AS WELL HAS DRIVERS WHO ARE ROBBING US...
