ELRIZA JANTJIES Complaints - RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF - FOUR MONTHS WAITING PERIOD FOR MY SUMSUNG TABLET

Hope this mail finds you well.

As per our telecon, just wanted to express that am very upset with the way i have been treated as client at your store.

I bought a device from one of your stores in July as a birthday gift to a 2yrs old little girl and only used it for one month and it stopped working due to network failure. The device was booked in with Ruan one of your technicians, so ive been dealing with him ever since.

Since ive handed the device in at your store not once has he made the effort to contact me to give me updates as to what the progress on my device was, the calls was always made from my side.
I find it quite frustrating as i have spend quite alot of money on this device to be treated the way i have been treated.

On one of the occasions that ive called Ruan, one of many i heard him quite load and clear saying "fuckit, her again" l was quiet shocked at his response, but also realized that he didn't know that i heard what he just said, so i just kept quite and didnt say anything.

Im very upset with the way things have been handled and dont feel that a simple sorry will make any difference because in this case its been used way to many times.

I think there's quite a big difference between 4 months and a waiting period of 2 weeks and i feel ive been quite patient and tolerant to the situation.

Ive come to a point where i just feel that a simple apology wont do and feel that you should keep your product and give me a full refund on my device.

I think you would feel the same if you were in my shoes.
