KFC Complaints - Rude and racist service

MY NAME IS TITUS ON THE 08/02/2019 AT 19:28:13 I WENT TO THE KFC ON GILLESPIE STREET IN DURBAN.
THE ATTENDANT AWONKE , WAS VERY RUDE AND RACISTS BEING THE ONLY INDIAN MALE IN THE STORE THAT I REGULARLY VISIT 3 TIMES A WEEK THIS WAS MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH SUCH A RUDE AND RACIST INDIVIDUAL.

I ORDERED TWO[2] STREETWIZE MIX AND AFTER WATCHING HIS WAY OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME SO I ASSUMED I TOO WOULD GET THE SAME TREATMENT BUT IT TURNED OUT I WAS WRONG HE FIRSTLY DID NOT GREET ME AS HE DID THE OTHER CUSTOMERS INSTEAD HE RUDELY ASKED ME WHAT YOU WANT, SO I TOLD HIM MY ORDER AND POLITELY REQUESTED IF I COULD GET THIGH PORTIONS WITH MY MEALS THAT I HAVE ORERED

HE SAID TO NO YOU CAN NOT IT IS NOT PROCEDURE SO I SAID TO HIM THE THREE ZULU LADIES BEFORE ASKED YOU FOR SPECIFIC PIECES AND YOU DID NOT TELL THEM WHAT YOU TELLING ME WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? HE SAID DONT POKE YOUR NOSE IN OTHER PEOPLES ORDERS YOU MUST TAKE WHAT YOU GETOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SO I SAID OK THAT IS FINE I WILL GO TO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE HE IMMEDIATELY REPLIED I CAN NOT CANCEL THE ORDER AS I HAD ALREADY CASHED FOR IT AND HE THEN GAVE ME MY CHANGE OF R40-00 ALL IN R1 COINS TO WHICH I REFUSED TO ACCECPT HE BECAME VERY AGGRESSIVE AND TOLD ME JUST BECAUSE YOU INDIAN DONT THINK YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT YOU GUPTA IF YOU WANT NOTES YOU HAVE TO BEG ME FOR IT.I TOLD I AM A CUSTOMER HERE AND YOU CAN NOT FORCE ME TO TAKE COINS WHILE YOU GIVING THE BLACK PATRIOTS PROPER TREATMENT AND NOTES IN THEIR CHANGE HE THE TOLD ME VERY RUDELY HEY I DONT HAVE CHANGE AND THEN TOLD ME IN A VERY RUDE MANNER STAND ONE SIDE SO I STOOD TO ONE SIDE AGAINST THE WALL OUT OFF THE WAY OF OTHER CUSTOMERS HE THEN TOLD ME HEY WENA GO STAND THAT SIDE AND SAID SOMETHING IN ZULU TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THEY ALL BEGAN TO LAUGH AT ME THE ONLY WORDS I UNDERSTOOD WAS THE FACT THAT HE CALLED ME A GUPTA AGAIN.

I WAS CALM AND WAITED FOR MY ORDER AND MY CHANGE THE FEMALE MANAGERESS CAME TO THE FRONT AND THEY SPOKE IN ZULU SO TO COVER HIS RUDENESS SHE THEN WENT TO THE BACK AND BROUGHT BACK SOME CHANGE IN NOTES AND THEN HE SAID TO HER ITS THAT INDIAN CHANGE R40-00 WHICH SHE THREW AT ME BY THE TIME THAT I HAD PLACED MY ORDER WHILE GIVING CHANGE TO ALL THE BLACK CUSTOMERS I STOOD THERE FOR 40 MINUTES MY ORDER WAS COLD AND THE CHICKEN WAS SMALL PIECES AND HARD TO CHEW.

EVERT FRIDAY AT MY HOUSE WE DO NOT COOK WE BUY OUT, MY 5 YEAR OLD SON COULD NOT EVEN EAT THE MASH AND GRAVY AS IT WAS ABSOLUTELY COLD. I ENDED UP GOING TO THE GRILL N GO AT THE CALTEX GARAGE ON SYLVESTER NTULI STREET AND SPENT ANOTHER R150 BUYING A DECENT MEAL FOR MY FAMILY.

AS A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT THIS SPECIFIC BRANCH THE TREATMENT I GOT FROM THIS STAFF MEMBERS AS COMPARED TO THE OTHER STAFF THAT I DEAL WITH THIS WAS MOST EMBARRESSING AND UNCOMFORTABLE THE FACT THAT THE STAFF AWONKE WAS SO RACIST AND BELITTLED ME AND I COULD NOT SAY A THING BECAUSE I WAS ONE INDIAN IN STORE FULL OF BLACK PEOPLE WHO WHERE TALKING ABOUT ME IN ZULU WITH THIS AWONKE BEING THE MAIN INSTIGATOR IF THIS IS HOW AN INDIAN CUSTOMER IS TREATED AT THIS BRANCH BY SUCH A RUDE PERSON AS AWONKE A PERSON LIKE HIM CAN INSTIGATE XENEPHOBIC ATTACKS. HE GIVES A BAD NAME AND VIBE TO THE BRAND CALLED KFC
