Some time in 2010, I bought share at virtus Wealthnet, where I was paying a monthly fee. In March 2015 I filled the forms to put my shares for sale. Ever since I've calling to enquire about the pay-out, but all the 5 people that I spoke to, told me that the company is still waiting for Financial Service Board to give them the platform where they should sell.
The next moment I tried to call the line 087 151 0015 it went to another company that had nothing to do with the issue on hand.

Today (11 Oct 2016 11H15 I call and the number is now not functioning.

How do I go about taking my problem to the next level?

Yesterday, while I was at work, my cousin stole my apple ipad and
