standard bank insurance Complaints - service

My household insurance is with SBIB,
To get to speak to someone takes them over one hour to answer the phone.
it has been 3 occasions and all 3 times they take more than an hour to answer.
this is cost per call, is around R100 + for time holding on. as I type I am still holding on now currently for 1 hour 18mins.

what are the CEOs doing about this.

very disappointed. my services has not yet been taken care off and I am trying to get information to help sort out my house.
