Helina driving school Complaints - Service not delivered

Hi, On the 5/01/2017 after 7 in the morning i went to Helina driving school to register with them. When i spoke to the receptionist i asked to transfere me to Newlands branch and i paid R1000 in full for my lessons and i was suppose to start my lessons on 9/01/2017 and they promise to contact me to arrange time but since than i never heard anything from them!
On the 11/01/17 after 10:00am i went to their offices to asked for a refund because i am tired of waiting for their call and the service i paid for has not been rended to me. And they said on the reciept it wretten No refunds but i don't understand because i am not at fault. And i'm running out time my test is next month on the 14/02/2017. I need to pay another driving school but i don't have money to fund another driving school i want my money back.
