Direct Axis Complaints - Settlement

Direct Axis service is pathetic, I requested a settlement letter, which I received. the loan was settled, and they deducted another debit. I started querying this and for the past 3 weeks they have been giving me the run around. I forwarded the proof of payment. then it was said that the reference number used was incorrect, however the account number was correct and that it will take 1 - 2 days to retrieve the monies and allocate to my name, now I am getting calls stating that my account is in arrears, making me look like a bad payer. I went to the bank to reverse the debit order as this instalment was never theirs to begin with. now today they want me to resend the settlement to the collections department. this sucks. please give me some assistance.
