Direct Axis Complaints - Shocking BAD service & BAD practice.

After having a lot of hassle to get the actual settlement bank details to pay from my STD bank account into their account which took 2 days of calls etc. I paid may settlement in full on the 26th November. I was assured I was in time to not have next debit order go off by the operator on the call.

Direct Axis however deducted a further debit order on the 29th December . Despite my sending POP etc .

They promised escalation to be sorted out within 10 days.

I RECEIVE A LETTER TO SAY MY ACCOUNT IS SETTLED IN FULL. I CHECK MY ACCOUNT EXPECTING TO HAVE BEEN REFUNDED.

THEY HAVE STILL NOT REFUNDED ME AND TODAY IS THE 16TH DECEMBER !!

THEY TELL ME AGAIN , "WE WILL ESCALATE! “
DIRECT AXIS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING, BUT ALSO NOT ACCEPTABLE.
