Mtn Complaints - Shocking Service

On the 8Th April 2018 I spent 2.30 at the Musgrave Mtn branch due to systems problems encountered .I was assisted with renewal of 2 contracts ,Due to cell being taken in an armed robbery I had to do a sim swop for 1 cell .On Monday I called Mtn and spoke to Jabulani and advised the sim was still not actived I obtained reference number 265013165 and supervisor was in meeting to call me back .On Tuesday 10th I called back spoke to Anele at the call centre she advised technical issue will check put me on hold for 25 minutes there after cut call.The MTN Musgrave called me to verify 3 pin numbers for sim swop ,it was still not connected On Wednesday called Mtn spoke to Charmaine she advised will send email to supervisor will authorise connection . Reference 1-31207577846.Call Mtn on Monday 16th spoke to Jack Ngcobo said I must go back to MTN Musgrave he advised that he was sending email to Operations Manager Jodash Subrayaly who will call me .To date no one as contacted me regarding this complaint,I had to go to Musgave branch 17 April only to be told number was blocked that's why sim swop could not be done .MTN service delivery and back up service is deplorable .
