Telkom Complaints - Shocking Service

ADSL Line Damaged 5th October 2018, complaint logged. Calls made to Naas Senekal at Telkom promised to come back to me in 10 minutes, 8 hours later no response. Called twice and told not available can he call me later. Raised complaint with Telkom Head Office. In the interim we have no ADSL and cannot run or business. Telkom seem to be untouchable, typical of a SOE
