Fair Price Complaints - Sleeper couch & refund

I bought a sleeper couch & made a deposit for a fridge at the same time. The couch got delivered on a day I advised for it not to be delivered as I'd be at work. It was left at my gate & I then had to call someone to guard until my return from work. When setting up the couch, it somehow was cracked in the middle of the sitting area. I called Fair Price Cosmo City the next day & was told to await the managers call as he was out of the shop. It took 2 weeks just to be told to come see the store manager but could only go 3 days later as I work a bit far from the shop.

Upon arrival the manager said I should have returned the couch within 7days of purchase which I tried in vain to explain that I made numerous calls to the stop,with proof & was told to await his call. Somehow I was blamed, thus I'm stuck with a broken, yet new couch.

I then asked for my refund on a lay-bye I made for a fridge because I wanted to take my business somewhere else. My details were written on a piece of paper and was told to wait for their call. Till this very day I'm still waiting.

I'm BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH FAIR PRICE COSMO CITY MALL.TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE SERVICE FROM the only woman with dreadlocks at the shop and their male manager.

Never will I do any business with that shop. NEVER!!
