Auto Pedigree Springs Complaints - spare key

I bought a car at Auto Pedigree Springs Branch in 2016 January , I received everything except the spare key. I contacted branch manager regarding this he kept saying he will call back 2016 went by. I sent the email to their customer care , got a response that I will get a call back. 2017 went by. 2018 went by. May 2019 I received a call from a guy named Paul telling me my key is there and he will deliver it to me. gave him my work and home address , no delivery was done the whole of may. June 2019 I called Head office spoke to a lady named Daphney I assume she handles complaints and she assured me the regional manager will contact me , it is now July. No one is assisting me. not the branch , not customer care not even head office. Should anything happen to this key , that is it with my car , insurance does not cover me. I am beyond angry , I will also pass this email to motor industry ombudsman.
