Standard Bank Complaints - Standard Bank POOR SERVICE.

I have been with Standard bank for about 35 years. My banking fee includes a so-called personal banker. I wrote to her re a problem with an investment which I made with Standard Bank and she has not bothered to even acknowledge my email let alone address the complaint. Called the call centre to get her telephone no and was told that one cannot contact your PERSONAL BANKER by telephone - only by email - which I had UNSUCCESSFULLY TRIED! This is the umpteenth case of BAD SERVICE from SB. I'm going to FNB or ANY OTHER BANK. My advise? Don't go near Standard Bank unless you like incompetence.
