Carl Complaints - Stealing money from my account

Vodacom took more than double the agreed amount from my account on 2 May 2018. My complaints are ignored. The reference numbers are closed without explanation. I am sent from department to department then cut off or get a promise that I will be phoned within 15 minutes, which never happens. I am about to lay a charge of theft today against them but I also want the world to know how badly this organisation treats its customers and specifically that they illegally take money from customer accounts.
