VODACOM Complaints - Steeling my money

I've changed my sell phone from a business contract to my name. Vodacom keeps on deducting money from our account. The consultant that assist us from telectro has also given up with Vodacom. Vodacom send us a mail on the 11th of Nov. stating that they will pay R3507.86 within 7-10 working days. Its been a month and still no money. You can't even go on a website to complain. According to Vodacom, complaint numbers has been closed A2-FPNH-7D91QB and A1-FQWP-A1RZ3, but this is still outstanding.
