TopTV Complaints - Supervisor

I have had the worst service from TopTV. From day 1, intermittant loss of signal, day 10, complete loss of signal. Technical dpt tells me to call the technician out myself, who promptly ignores me, and tech dpt just keeps saying my complaint has been escalated. This is day 12 and I am FED UP with TopTV and want my money back and subscription cancelled. Do these guys even know what they are doing?
