VODACOM Complaints - TELEPHONE NO USABLE

My husband pass on on the 18th February 2018. My phone was on my husbands contract and I requested Vodacom to transfer the whole contract to my name as suggested by Nathanial of Vodacom South Africa. I visited, Alicia, at the Vodacom Shop in Coutenay Street, George to assist me in doing the transfer. She did everything wright and told me that I still have to pay the business contract at the end of March 2018 of R3,022.73. I Agree to that and then from the 1st of April the premium will decrease to R1,307-88.
On the 1st of April I wanted to make a call from my cellphone while I was visiting my son in Cape Town and then discoverred that both my husban's phone and my own phone were suspended and that I have to contact Vodacom. I went to Vodacom in Pinelands twice and the second time spoke to Mr Yumna Moosa who told me that my payment for March was not deducted and the account was in arrears. I gave him my debit card and I paid the outstanding amount there and then. Since that day I could not use any of my phones,

When I arrived back home, I went to see Vodacom Chat Shop in Mossel Bay, Langeberg Mall. The girls there try to assist me by phoning their head office without any success.

I went to Johannesburg and visited both Vodacom shops at the Cresta Mall. They did the same as the girls in Mossel Bay without any success.
While in Johannesburg on the 1ste of April 2018, I received a message from my bank that Vodacom deducted R3022-73 from my account again. At this stage the premium should have been R1,307-88 and both phones were still unusable.
I phoned Vodacom's Account department myself and spoke to different people like WASEEN, MERYL, TUMI, LELO, NATHI, and DIMAKISO. They all promised to come back to me, but nobody did. My whole stay there I could not use any of my phones.

When I came back from my holiday in Johannesburg, I went to see Salome at the Regeonal Office of Vodacom in George on the 15th of May 2018. She asked me to pay in another R2105-74 on my husband's account , which I did, then she will ask Vodacom to transfer the first amount of R3023 which I paid in at Pinelands, to my account.

From 1-4-2018 until today 18-5-2018 I could not used a phone while I already paid an amount of R8,151-47.

PLEASE IS THERE ANYONE AT VODACOM WHO COULD HELP ME IN THIS REGARD ???????
AND WHERE MUST I GO NEXT - TO THE OMBUDSMAN ?????????
