TELKOM Complaints - Telkom

Can you please advise because we are now beyond frustrated. We requested the data package to be cancelled as the contract expires on the 10th of May. ONLY TH DATA PORTION. Somebody at the call centre requested the adsl line to be cancelled as well. It is now been 3 weeks where I have requested to cancel the incorrect order from telkom’s side. I am trying to run a business and cannot upgrade my adsl line because nobody can cancel the cancellation order. Please advise because my query has not been resolved in 3 weeks now.
