Telkom Mobile Complaints - Telkom

I would like to log a complaint about the service I've been receiving from Telkom Mobile. Every single moth I have to fight with them regarding my account payment which I do via EFT. I don't have a debit order as I pay via EFT. Last month the listed me with the Credit Bureau as according to them my account was not paid. I went to my bank got back dated bank statement up till November 2018 and mailed them my payment history, yet low and behold I get a SMS this month that I have to pay penalty fees of over R200 because they have not received payment. So this morning I have to phone them yet again explain everything yet again get "promises from them that the problem is resolved. I want to know if they have removed me from the Credit Bureau!!!!! I want a Manager to contact me!!!!
