Telkom Complaints - Telkom inconsistent billing & poor service

Telkom statement was due on the 10 September, yet they billed me from 19 July to 17 September and the month of September had just began. I logged a complaint with them - the call agent was useless - and to date - I have had no response, just a new statement which bills me for September and October - stating that I am in arrears.
