Ackermans Complaints - Terrible Service from Thulisile Phela

I sent an sms for a new account application and few minutes I received a call for a new application from Ackerman’s. A consultant by the name of Thulisile Phela was very rude to me after I answered the phone and walked out of the office. I believe I could not hear her properly because of the network problem which I cannot have control of it. Thus, the call cut off. She phoned again with anger and shout at me saying why I dropped the phone. She didn't even give me a chance to explain that maybe it was a network issue. She asked me If I want her to proceed with application process. I asked her why she was communicating roughly and impatiently with me. She never answered my question. She told me to call again and hang up. Just like that. My message to Ackerman’s is the fact that they should not hire people like this in the new application division because they can’t interact professionally with the clients. This will have a serious negative impact on the growth of the business.
