HOMECHIOCE Complaints - THEY COLLECTED THE BED BUT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT

Good day, I have purchased a bed with homechoice May 2018, then on the in September the bed had a problem, the called Homechoice for pick up, a guy called and then I gave him the bed, after 2 weeks I am called by restonic claiming to collect a bed I was shocked as the bed has been taken, I called homechoice they told they can see anything in their system or who collected the bed I laise with lady her email address s '[email protected], she promised to help after November she stop calling me, they were busy debit money from my account, I felt like why should I pay for something that I don't have I will be losing 6000.00 paying for what, I called homechoice was moved from pill to post. every now every day I am called more than 10 time I have to repeat myself the story and I am told we will sorted it out so how do I get help for my name to be cleared or homechoice to send me a new bed. please I cant
