Telkom Mobile Complaints - THIEVES

I ordered a mobile online around the 3 December. The payment for the mobile was deducted from my bank account. I received many messages saying the mobile has been dispatched and would be delivered. At the end of December the mobile was still not delivered. Subsequently I called to cancel the mobile for non delivery and asked for my refund. To date after numerous calls I have not been refunded. I was kept holding for ages, given case numbers, asked to verify myself, put on hold when I asked to speak to a team leader and never got to speak to one. A very unhappy customer. Like all government run services this is petty robbery.
