American Express Complaints - Total incompetence and disinterest of Operators

On Monday 27 July I spoke with Cameron Ref: 37256649. It was to put a transaction of R933.21 on 6 months budget.
Later that day, I received my Statement, which did not reflect the above.
On Monday 3 August I spoke with Fazlin (unsure of spelling), who told me the reference just stated "Resolved" (whatever that means!!!).
I said that I wanted to know what exactly was resolved. She confirmed my Cell number and promised to call with an answer.
I left it 2 days and started again, obviously Fazlin couldn't be bothered!
I spoke with Nkosi on Wed 5 Aug. I gave him the reference and said I wanted someone to call me and give me feedback. He told me the reference said nothing (Hmmm. Less than 2 days ago!!) and he couldn't do anything. I explained that I was furious and wanted wanted feedback, he said he will transfer me to Complaints and refused to provide a reference, he was not interested and just had a get it off my desk attitude.
Complaints was answered by Khathu. I explained everything yet again and she agreed it was not acceptable and promised feedback within 24hrs.
I am not holding my breath so lets see if anyone is interested!!!
