Vodacom Complaints - Treating elderly unfairly

Vodacom entered my mother to an unfairly cellphone contract. My mother is more than 70 years old and stays in the rural areas and doesn't understand english at all. Vodacom entered her into her contract without speaking to her in a language she would understand to know what she was getting herself into. When we reviewed the contract as her children we realised that it was an unfairly contract and therefore we cancelled it in October and returned the phones without being used, but they continued to withdraw money from her account till November. Since November we have been trying to get back the money which was withdrawn from without even my mother utilizing the phones from the contract, till today they keep on telling us different stories. we are now fed up with what Vodacom has been treating us and how they treated my elderly mother. We need justice to be done.
