Cell C Complaints - Unable to Blacklist Device

Good day

I have upgraded my contract in December, the new phone was delivered on the 15th December 2017.In January the phone was stolen in my house still sealed the simcard was not in the phone. On the 11th of January 2018 I went to Cell C to blacklist the phone. First they said it can not be done because the simcard was not in the phone and I needed the IMIE number. I have then contacted Cell C customer care and a lady with the name Senzi said the Serial Number on the Delivery Note is the IMIE number. I phoned the customer care again and I spoke to Thyaine a call was logged to blacklist the phone (Ref 8020600958). Thyaine said I must wait for 3 Business days and I will receive a SMS. That did not happened I phone back and was told a soppy story again. Today I phoned again and still I must wait for a SMS. Mt insurance can not pay or replace the phone unless it is blacklisted and Cell C must give an ITC Number. I urgently need Cell C to Blacklist my phone. I am paying for a phone that was stolen and I have insurance to replace the phone. Please I URGENTLY need someone to help me.
