MTN Complaints - Unable to get Replacement Media pad or alternative device.

Good Day

I handed in a Media Pad on 17th November 2017 at Canal walk branch in Cape Town for repairs.
The vehicle transporting the goods was hi-jacked and all handsets/ items were stolen.

I have received an sms saying that I can collect a replacement.

I have been trying since the 15th December 2017 to get a replacement.
When I go into a store, they cannot issue one, as I purchased handset from direct sales via telephone.
Jeanelle Naidoo was the consultant that assisted.

I have been phoning everyday since 2 January 2018 to find out what is happening. No-one is able to assist me.
This is highly unacceptable. I am disgusted that not one person at MTN can phone me, e-mail me or SMS me to say what is happening.
I have e-mail Jeanelle, left numerous messages and sent her sms’s. No reply.

I walked in to Canal Walk MTN store. They had stock, but were unable to issue as the upgrade was not done at their store. The salesperson tried calling Jeanelle and was cut-off.

Please , PLEASE, PLEASE, advise what is happening with the replacement of the Huaweie IPAD. Why is it so difficult to get a response. It is not my fault that MTN lost my daughters media pad. This is ongoing for longer than 2 months. Please give me a resolution.

PLEASE; PLEASE, give me an update.
