MTN Complaints - Unaccounted / invalid data depletion

My suggestion is to the public is to AVOID BUYING MTN.!!! AIRTIME THAT IS TO BE CONVERTED TO DATA IS BEING SUCKED>>>ARE WE PAYING FOR APPARENT INEFFECIENCIES?????? 2 GB within an 1/2hour and then another 2GB within 1/2hour...!!!!!! Was the error message an indication that I was too trusting to be concerned about??
Are the Support people ineffective and do not have the updated information that they require?? Why am I being given an number to contact that apparently is no longer valid (0831555)?
There are no alternate contact numbers to complain to. I normally use 2GB a week on the same network work with the same procedure AND USING THE SAME SITES.
TODAY A TOTAL OF 4GB DATA DEPLETED..
Eventually loaded another 2GB and again depleted within 1/2hour. MTN WAKE UP...
