HomeChoice Complaints - Unauthorise Schedule Payment on my bank account

Good day,

I have an account with HomeChoice which is fully settled however HomeChoice has loaded a schedule payment on my account which goes off every month.

I have spoken to my bank and they confirmed that HomeChoice has to cancel this schedule payment as it was initiated on their side. I have tried several times
To get this sorted please (see attachment trail of email as proof that I’ve tried to resolve this matter with HomeChoice) and HomeChoice is still referring me to my bank.

I feel that my rights are being violated here because they are taking my money and refuse to refund me and cancel this scheduled payment.

I need your help in resolving this matter as I’m not getting any help/joy from the service provider
