telkom Complaints - unauthorised contract

Someone has taken an expensive Telkom mobile contract on my name on 8 December 2017. still don't know how it was approved. On the 10 December I reported but ever since nothing has happened. No one in Telkom seems to care. Whenever I call the call center no one wants to go the extra mile and help. Even the supervisors are full of excuse. Got dates and times everytime I called to check if there is any progress.I am very dissappointed with Telkom and how the staff treat the people that help pay their wages. Hopefully someone responsible can take this case forward.

Attitude : Agree Send Mail

I have a case very similar to yours and they claim it is sorted but I have to wait for the guy to pay them back and it's only then I can get the money illegally debited from my account.
