FNBLife Complaints - Unauthorised debit FL06NT29

On the 02.05.2018 I went to FNB Bank city branch regarding my money that was debited from account for a life policy that I had already asked them to cancel. I was told by the consultant and the team leader that they won't be able to reverse the debit order and that I should could speak to someone in the call centre. They put me through and they consultant that I spoke told me that they don't have proof of the cancellation and therefore they won't refund my money.
So when I got back to the office I decided to send FNBLife an e-mail to cancel my policy. To this day I have not heard anything from them, which means that they forcing me to keep this policy against my wishes.
I HAVE BEEN WITH FNB FOR SUCH A LONG TIME AND THIS NOT THE ONLY POLICY I HAVE WITH THEM BUT THEIR SERVICE KIND OF MAKES ME THINK TWICE.
