Telkom SA Complaints - UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

I HAVE HAD 4 UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS OF R1395 TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT.PART OF THE AMOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID AND THE OTHER PART IS ONLY SUPPOSSED TO GO OFF ON 01.10.2018 - YET THE FIRST OF THESE 4 WENT OFF ON 15/9 AND THEN AGAIN ON 16/9; 21/9; 27/9.
I HAVE CALLED TELKOM ON 16/9 AND 21/9 WHERE I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ESCALATED TO THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT TO STOP DEBITING ME. TODAY, 28/9 I HAVE CALLED TWICE AND REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR/MANAGER TO CALL ME AS I AM GETTING NOWHERE WITH THE CALL CENTRE CONSULTANTS. I HAVE NOT HAD A CALL BACK YET.

ON 3 OF THE OCCASIONS WHEN THE DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF, I HAD NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT, SO IT WAS RETURNED AS UNPAID AND I WAS CHARGED. ON THE 4TH OCCASION THERE WAS MONEY AND I HAVE REQUESTED MU BANK TO REVERSE IT.
