My car was rear ended by a PSG Insure client and Premier Claims Services are handling my claim as a third party.

They take long to answer the calls- they treated me unfairly even though there is enough evidence that their client rear ended my vehicle while stationery out of the road.

They offered me very little settlement without proper assessment and investigation. they became bully and threatened to vigorously defend whatever action from me. Jaco De Ru was so rude to tell me that they cannot treat me as their client. Accident happened in April and until today I am waiting for their response regarding the claim.

Jaco De Ru email message: "Kindly take note that the offer will not be amended and this offer will be tendered in court should you wish to proceed with litigation against our insured and the claim will be vigorously defended".
