RCS Complaints - Unhappy Client

I have a big problem 2 weeks ago 1 of the customers service person of RCS phone me and tell me my account is in arrears and few days later another person phone from the same company telling me i am in arrears when i ask why because i head a few days back my account is pay up .Now i paid again so now i need proof that my arrears is paid up to date now they have a lot of stories and i need that proof for the bank how do i go above it now.
