Vodacom Complaints - unknown payments

Vodacom is sending me a payment bill a year after I am done with them. I contacted their accounts department, customer care department, subscriber department and nobody can tell me what the bill is about. I am working in a bank and have always paid by debit order and never had any problems. Why now after 1 year of expired contract?
The public must report these acts so we can see if there is a pattern of dishonesty!
