MTN Complaints - Unlawful Deductions

Hello Peter I have taken a cellphone contract with MTN telephonically, I received the phone on the 1st of Nov on the day of delivery I noticed that this is not what we agreed upon. I was then advised be an MTN Consulted that should return the phone to any MTN direct which I did.

however MTN deducts the money of the contract every month. I tried calling them for the pass two months, they kept on telling me that they are still busy with the processes of cancellation. I later on received an email stated that the contract has been cancelled however at the end of the month they still deducted money from my account.
