absa bank Complaints - updating personal detail

I visited absa bank on Anton lembede formerly known as smith street in Durban, to have my first names updated as I recently updated them at home affairs. The documents on hand were my green bar coded id book ,smart card id ,confirmation letter from home affairs.aswel as the proof of residence ,which in a form of my water bill from eThekwini municipality/department of water.
the consultant ( Priya Naidoo) requested the documents then I handed her the documents ,she then advised me that she cannot accept the proof of resident as I obtained from over the ,she requires the one that is sent via post.

I then requested to speak to the manager ,priya naidoo then called the manager.The manager came and she seemed to be puzzled aswel as to why my utility bill couldn't be accepted.she asked priya as to why she couldn't accept my utility bill ,she told the manager the same reason which she could understand herself.priya also went on to say she cant help me anyways as her system is "down" ,but she had another client who came after me that she was assisting (while the system was down)

I am very disappointed by the way the manager handled the situation and also by the rudeness of Priya Naidoo.
