Vodacom Complaints - Upgrade

I have upgraded with Vodacom on 21.04.2017 and six months has past and they are still taking two devices money on the invoice received from them. I know there is a three month overlaps that you must pay on the old device but I'm paying it now for six months and want Vodacom to credit me back for those months that I was not suppose to pay. How can I pay for two devices as the previously contract has expired. They also made a mistake on my new upgrade date they give me a date 11-06-2020 which make my contract 3 years and not 2 years as agreed on. Reference no from Vodacom is 1-34088719222948 I need help to resolve this issue because Vodacom just don't resolve my query thanks Marius
